| About Cat Welfare Sussex Cat Welfare Sussex and Southern Region is a local registered charity run entirely by volunteers dedicated to the welfare of stray and unwanted cats both domestic and feral, within the Southern area.
Help Us ! It is extremely hard for local charities to keep pace with the advertising power of the large National organisations and we rely on the kindness andgenerosity of the supporting public to enable us to help our feline friends in need.
Cats in Our Catteries Every year Cat Welfare Sussex is inundated with calls from members of the public, social services, local police, environment agencies and animal organisations all asking for our help and advice concerning unwanted or stray cats.

Fulling Mill Cottage Cat Welfare Sussex has been bequeathed Fulling Mill Cottage in Fittleworth. Our benefactor has requested that the charity takes care of his cats, and prevent his old family home and grounds from being demolished and re-developed. After careful thought, the trustees have decided to restore Fulling Mill Cottage to its former Glory. As a small local charity with limited funds we are aware of the challenges that lie ahead. However we cannot stand by and watch this unique corner of Rural Sussex disappear forever. |
